Born in New Delhi, India. Attended Sherwood College, Nainital, India; and Hindu College, University of Delhi, India. Prior to entering law practice Attorney Ahluwalia gained relevant business experience while working as an executives in various Indian corporations, including, Escorts/Goetz, Bangalore and Scientific Engineering House, Hyderabad.

Gordie O.Daniels

Attorney Gordie Daniels concentrates his legal practice in the areas of immigration law, criminal law, family law, employment discrimination law, personal injury law, and international transaction related to Nigeria. Successfully defended clients in deportation proceedings before the Immigration Court; won numerous Asylum Appeals before the Board of Immigrations Appeals; and has resolved several personal injury claims resulting in five figures settlements.

Holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education and History from the University of Benin, Nigeria, and the Worcester State College, Worcester. Awarded the Master in Human Services Management degree from Worcester State College, Worcester, Massachusetts; and Juris Doctor (JD) from Massachusetts School of Law, Andover, Massachusetts. Admitted to practice as an attorney in Massachusetts, the United States Immigration Courts, Federal District Court, District of Massachusetts and United States Court of Appeal for the First Circuit. 

Appointed in 2004 by the Worcester County Bar Association to serve on the Legal Assistance Corporation of Massachusetts Board. Appointed in 1999 by Paul Cellucci, Governor of Massachusetts, to the State Department of Mental Health Advisory Board.

Prior to commencing private practice he worked with the Greater Boston Legal Services, Boston, Massachusetts. Served as the Program Director for the South Middlesex Opportunity Council of Framingham, Massachusetts - working extensively with the Department of Youths & Social Services and the Department of Mental Health for the State of Massachusetts.

Serves an the Area Organizer, for the New England Amnesty International; member of the Worcester County Bar Association, the American Immigration Lawyer Association, the Business Inclusion Council of the Martin Luther King Empowerment Center in Worcester, the Worcester State Hospital Area Board, and the Criminal Bar Advocate program in Clinton. President of the Nigerian-American Organization.
